Jigoku Shoujo Empty Jigoku Shoujo

So I am currently watching the first season of Jigoku Shoujo. This was the only site I had found that had the show with english subtitles, but now heres where I am confused, in the Portal section, it has the episodes of Jigoku Shoujo, but its incomplete. And when I click on Index, Dunee says that first season of Jigoku Shoujo is complete, so someone riddle me this, where do I found the rest of the episodes on this site? The last episode I watched was episode 9 "Sweet Trap" So if anybody could lead me in the right direction, I would really appreciate it.
